As Head of Design at lemlist, you’ll lead and scale our design team across product, and user experience.
You’ll work closely with our Designers, PMs, and Engineerings to shape how our products look, feel, work and most importantly solve real problems for our users.
This role is about user impact, not just pixels: you’ll set the vision for design, empower your team, and raise the bar for creativity & execution.
You will:
Develop a deep understanding of our market, industry, users, company, and product vision
Dig beneath the surface to uncover real problems and opportunities
Define and articulate a bold design vision that aligns with lemlist’s mission and product strategy
Establish design principles, processes, and systems that drive consistency, speed, and quality across squads
Challenge and drive each Product Designer to raise the bar and reach higher impact
Be hands-on by owning the entire delivery process with Product Managers
Push the boundaries of what “great design” means in the Sales tech space, especially as AI is changing how Sales teams work
Create world-class design experiences that position lemlist as the leading software in our space
Shape what the future of Product Design looks like (including AI)

You have 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position. Scale-up experience is preferred.
Proven experience elevating design quality and growing the impact of design teams in SaaS environments
Strong portfolio showing excellence in product design and design leadership, we believe in “lead by example”
You have a big bias for action → You are a “débrouillard”, and understand the value of speed & execution
Hands-on mindset: comfortable switching between strategic vision and execution
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English & French
