We are looking for a senior Product Operations leader who can grow and lead the core Product Operations to automate, streamline and optimise our processes, tools and reporting. In this role, you will lead a newly formed team of Product Operations Managers to identify, evaluate and create solutions needed for product, design and engineering to be effective.

We are looking for a senior Product Operations leader who can grow and lead the core Product Operations to automate, streamline and optimise our processes, tools and reporting. In this role, you will lead a newly formed team of Product Operations Managers to identify, evaluate and create solutions needed for product, design and engineering to be effective.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the portfolio of Product Operations initiatives, leveraging data, research and stakeholder feedback to define and prioritise the Product Operations roadmap in line with company goals
- Grow and develop the core Product Operations team, and empower them to ensure strong engagement, performance and productivity
- Own the overall planning and reporting processes, aligning with company-wide strategy cadences, quarterly business reviews and strategic pillar reviews
- Own onboarding and knowledge management capabilities to ensure teams can always access information needed based on their individual role
- Drive collaboration and communication across P&E department and broader Personio organisation, ensuring alignment with other departments (e.g. CX, GTM and Legal) in the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement, adoption and ongoing maintenance of the tools and processes in the P&E ecosystem (e.g. Jira Advanced Roadmap, Confluence knowledge management, planning processes)
- Provide transparency and visibility at a portfolio level to stakeholders and other parts of the organisation on goals, outcomes, roadmaps, progress and capacity
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record to build, grow and engage your team
- High proficiency with Jira and Jira set up
- Deep understanding of how product management and development works in a fully agile environment
- You have seen and know what it takes to transform a successful start-up into a professionalised scalable business
- Understand the needs of product and engineering teams
- Strong customer focus (internal), with a drive to continuously discover and solve problems impeding your customers (internal)
- Effective problem-solving skills, able to cut through ambiguity and irrelevant details to solve root causes
- Experience with process engineering, automation and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, able to convey insights and build trust and rapport with a wide range of stakeholders (often with different needs)
- Strong change management to unblock change resistance to improvement initiatives
- Comfort with ambiguity and openness to change
