As the Group Product Manager within our Commerce organization, you will lead the development of core CRM capabilities that empower Squarespace merchants to effectively manage and grow their businesses. You’ll play a key role in an organization powering hundreds of thousands of merchants and driving billions of dollars in GPV.
Our Marketing Tools team enables merchants to build lasting customer relationships through personalized communication, targeted campaigns, and seamless data management. From customer segmentation to outreach and engagement, this team ensures merchants can connect with their audiences, drive repeat business, and scale with confidence.
In this role, you will manage a team of PMs and align a unified vision across the squads supporting our CRM capabilities. Your primary focus will be acting as a coach—developing talent, fostering collaboration, and ensuring teams deliver meaningful value to our users. At times, you may also dive deeper into the work, providing hands-on guidance to help the team drive results when needed.
You will report to the Product Director of Marketing Tools. This role is open to either of our New York City or Dublin, Ireland offices (hybrid 2-3 days per week).
