LeanData helps the world’s fastest-growing companies automate, simplify, and accelerate revenue.
We’re looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead the vision, strategy, and growth of BookIt - LeanData’s intelligent meeting scheduling solution for go-to-market (GTM) teams. You’ll be shaping a product that sits at the intersection of conversion, automation, and collaboration for revenue teams eliminating the friction across workflows designed to enable sales conversations. BookIt is poised for scale, and this role provides an opportunity for a hand-on ability to execute at a defining moment.
As the GPM, you'll operate as a player-coach - both leading BookIt’s product strategy and rolling up your sleeves to drive execution. You’ll guide and grow a small but high-impact team, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, AI, and GTM functions to make BookIt the industry standard for conversion-time scheduling. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and requires in-office presence twice a week (Monday and Wednesday), with the flexibility to come in more frequently as needed
The role is ideal for a product lead ready to scale a product line in a fast-growing SaaS product line - balancing hands-on ownership with strategic influence.
What You'll Do:
Own the vision and strategy for BookIt: Define how the product will drive measurable impact for customers, users, and the LeanData business.
Lead roadmap definition: Prioritize investments balancing innovation, customer feedback, competitive differentiation, and GTM alignment to deliver on business outcomes.
Drive end-to-end execution of key initiatives: From customer discovery to launch, define, iterate, and drive critical product initiatives as a hands-on owner.
Manage and mentor for high-performance: Develop a small team of PMs to deliver exceptional results and set the standard for excellence in product craft.
Collaborate crossfunctionally without ego: Work closely with Engineering, Design, AI Pod, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and readiness at every launch.
Champion customer insight: Use customer feedback, research, product analytics, and market trends to inform product decisions and investments.
Represent BookIt internally & externally: Serve as the voice of the product - representing BookIt to executives, customers, partners, & internal stakeholders.
Establish the right goals and metrics: Define and connect product outcomes and OKRs to business growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
7-8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including 2+ years managing PMs.
Proven success owning a major product area or product line from strategy to scale.
Deep understanding of software product craftsmanship and designing for product experiences that encourage elegance, ease, and adoption.
Technical fluency and comfort discussing APIs, integrations, data flows, and system design tradeoffs with engineering.
Demonstrable and strong ability to connect customer needs, product strategy, and business outcomes from past experiences.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills across technical and commercial teams to drive synthesis, alignment, and decisions.
Other qualifications and desired experience:
Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, sales technology, marketing automation tools, and scheduling/workflow automation highly preferred.
Experience building and integrating product with AI-driven recommendations and/or automation.
Track record of driving alignment across product, marketing, and sales functions.
