The mission of Loop’s Growth Product Group is to use rapid experimentation to improve the user experience and increase value Merchants get from Loop - ultimately moving forward key business metrics.

As the product leader of the Growth product group, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with go-to-market execs and their departments to layer in product-led techniques into Loop’s existing sales-led growth funnel. Your work will be hugely impactful, as you’ll be responsible for driving key product and business metrics through rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making. You will be guiding users along the user journey, from first discovering Loop to becoming a champion of our product.

You will design, implement and analyze experiments to increase acquisition, user engagement, retention, and conversion to our enterprise plans.

Right away, we’ve listed what we think you’ll be spending your time on. We’re growing fast, and growth means the challenges we’ll work on together will change as we lead Loop through new and different phases.

This is an indispensable role with us, so we’ll be looking for you to have examples of when you’ve tackled these challenges throughout your career. We’ve laid out the experience we think is important to set you up for success in this role. But, we appreciate that different humans will solve problems in different ways, so we don’t expect you to fit exactly in a box of requirements.

Loop HQ is a state-of-the-art office located in Columbus, Ohio, and more than half of our team works remotely across the United States and Canada. You can choose to join us in the Columbus office or stay fully remote in this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help Merchants/Brands by making what happens to products after they are purchased more sustainable.
  • Relentlessly pursues understanding users’ needs and builds products users are excited to use; enjoys getting on calls with users to understand their needs and hear about their pain points first hand.
  • Curious, loves asking questions, thinks outside of the box, can see around corners when it comes to important details.
  • Digs into data and gets excited to continuously iterate on the product to improve funnel performance.
  • Has a strong sense of ownership and will do whatever it takes to make the product and team successful.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working on a diverse array of projects that span cross-functional teams.
  • Obsesses about continuous product improvement and loves using data and user feedback to drive product decisions.
  • Loves leading and coaching product managers to reach their full potential.

Your Experience:

  • You have at least 5-10 years of product management experience, building product-led growth B2B products.
  • You have experience coaching humans and/or have led Product Managers.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment and have experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Built products where you deeply understood a user's needs and delivered results with measurable impact.
  • Operationalized a strategy to more deeply understand users' needs.
  • Improved your team’s product craft by proactively diffusing new best practices and techniques.
  • You can speak about times when you left things better than you found them, and negotiated with your team and stakeholders over doing things differently and how it helped.
  • You're motivated and driven to deliver on ambiguous projects that require navigating incomplete data and information.
  • You have examples of having uncomfortable conversations, such as pushing back, giving feedback and admitting a mistake with humility and vulnerability.

In a perfect world, Loop wouldn't exist. If we had our way, we'd live in a world where we're mindful about how we consume, we love every product we own, and we sharevalues with the brands who create them. In reality, commerce isn't perfect and often breaks. Loop creates secondchances.

We're starting by revolutionizing the post-purchase experience. We've taken one of the most fragile commerce interactions - returns - and turned it into something consumers actually love, and that deepens our connection to brands and products.

We take connection seriously on the inside, too. We're building a work experience that allows you to Be A Human First and prioritizes empathy and wellbeing. We view Loop as a special place in your career to shape the future of an industry and become a better person while doing it. You can grow faster here in a shorter amount of time - we'll give you space and trust you to fill it.
