The Conversion team in the Subscriptions Mission is focused on the conversion user journey through paid product discovery and consideration surfaces, as well as activation and retention surfaces and levers to ensure our users enjoy the values they unlock in the tiers they join. The close collaboration between product development, product design, engineering, and insights enables us to efficiently build meaningful features and services for millions of people around the world, resulting in joyful, long-lasting relationships with Spotify. As a Group Product Manager in Conversion, you will have the opportunity to have a significant impact on Spotify’s sustainable growth by helping new and existing users discover and convert to efficiently unlock the value.
What You'll Do
Drive the strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution across the user lifecycle spanning paid product discovery, consideration, conversion, and retention
Lead and mentor a distributed team of product managers in setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation, impact, and collaboration
Establish yourself as subject-matter expert on Spotify’s subscription product experience and best practices in the industry
Drive product development with a dedicated team of engineers, data scientists, researchers, and other functional experts
Leverage personalization including Machine Learning powered products
Who You Are
8+ years product management experience in a user-centric business, preferably within ecommerce and/or subscriptions
2+ years of people leadership experience
You are a highly collaborative leader capable of crafting a product vision, designing a supporting execution strategy, and working cross-functionally to deliver strong product and business outcomes
Proven experience leading a diverse and impactful team of product managers, including senior product managers
You have a track record of developing and implementing growth strategies that have significantly improved user conversion and retention
You have the ability to quickly shift between responsibilities that demand longer term strategic vision and immediate tactical decisions/work
You have experience defining what resourcing is needed to achieve your goals and effectively advocate for them
You have a deep empathy for customer needs and insights, coupled with an intuitive grasp of commercial opportunities
You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using metrics and data analytics to drive decision-making

Hybrid role based in our London office (average 2 to 3 days a week)
