About the Role

The Miro Graduate Product Design Programme is designed to help new designers launch their careers in design, research or content writing. In our 12-month programme, you'll gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects. You'll also be mentored by experienced designers, researchers, and content writers, who will help you develop your skills and career.

As a graduate product designer at Miro, you will focus on learning, growing and bringing a new fresh perspective to the Miro experience. Your goal will be to explore the customer experience, identify opportunities, explore the fields of product design, UXR, and content design,  and deliver high-quality solutions but most of all to learn and grow as a new designer at Miro and find your place from Product Design, Research, Content Design or maybe somewhere else.

What you’ll do

  • Explore the end-to-end design process, from discovery research to effective problem framing, ideation, co-creation, prototyping, and user testing, into high-fidelity designs
  • Identify where you need to dive deep, and running your own research and collaborate closely with UXR and analytics to turn insights into high-quality outcomes Work not just on designs, but the story we tell and work closely with content design to elevate the product beyond visuals.
  • Understand the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them closely with engineering partners to ensure solid implementation in production.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, and using qualitative and quantitative methods hypothesize new solutions and improvements to the Miro products.
  • Bring delight to Miro users through customer centric solutions implemented thought high-quality interaction design and creative visuals..

What you’ll need

  • Graduate in 2025-6 in Bachelor’s or Master’s in interaction design, industrial design, creative design, HCI, or a related design field
  • Strong drive to learn, and absorb knowledge from your team, and ability to take and utilize this knowledge in your work
  • AI-First Proficiency - We’re building for an AI-first future, and we’re looking for graduates who aren’t just using AI—they’re mastering it. 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Be available to start a full time position for our 12 month programme from August 2026
  • Be able to commute to our office in Amsterdam or Berlin
