About your Job:

  • As we are working on a new brand platform, this is a unique opportunity for you to make a difference and to leave your mark. 
  • As the Global Head of Design & Brand Experience,, your mission is to shape the brand, on every aspect. You will be the standard bearer of our brand purpose (bringing happiness through amazing dining experiences), responsible to make sure that it is at the heart of everything we do as a brand.
  • Your goal, together with the team, is to build  the brand platform that will position TheFork as a global lovebrand for users (B2C), restaurants (B2B) and employees. 
  • You are expected to continuously support and partner with the central Marketing, local Marketing and central Product teams. That will be key to landing our ambition in each and everyone of our markets. Your role is to make sure we have a consistent brand on the main assets, while leaving countries room for local adaptation.
  • You report directly to the Global Director of Brand.

What you bring to the table

  • +8 years of experience with a proven track record of shaping large-scale brands. 
  • You have a strong and meaningful experience in Design and Brand Experience. You know how to manage a fruitful relationship with the Creative agencies. 
  • You're a 200% digital native profile, and you’re not afraid to try new things when it comes to design.
  • Managing a creative team, both internally and agencies, is something you know, and you truly love!
  • Organizational skills and an operational mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in an agency is very appreciated.

Ps : Mastering the cookie recipe is also a significant plus. (That doesn't mean you have to bring it to the interview to bribe us. But still, it can be cool).

Other considerations for the role

  • Language: Being fluent in English is a must. French, Spanish and Italian are a plus.
  • IT: Expert level in Office/Google Workspace, and design  tools. Mastering notions is definitely a plus!
  • Possible locations: On earth, mainly. To be more precise, Paris, Barcelona, Milan or London.
