About the role
We’re searching for a creative and talented designer to join the GoodNotes Marketing team. This is a freelance role based in Europe and is fully remote - we’re currently looking for a commitment of 22 hours a week of support for 6 months (possibility for renewal). You will be working closely with our brand designer to bring the GoodNotes brand to life across multiple touch points - socials, advertising, presentations, event materials, website assets, you name it. Creating visually on-point and engaging marketing materials that promote GoodNotes in over 150 countries, your work will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity and driving customer engagement.
This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on any of the things listed below:
- Working closely with our Brand Designer to roll out the GoodNotes brand across a wide range of touch-points.
- Creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials, such as social media graphics, advertising campaigns, presentations, event materials (both print and digital), and website assets.
- Ensuring that all marketing materials are consistent with our company's brand guidelines.
- Working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines.
The skills you will need to be successful in the above:
- A strong portfolio, ideally highlighting your ability to accurately and creatively roll out brand guidelines across multiple touch points - both digital and print.
- Required software skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- “Nice to have” software skills: Canva, Figma, Pitch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Confident working under pressure and meeting project deadlines.
- Illustration skills would also be a big bonus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 6+ years working as a designer
- Bonus if you have experience in education/productivity tech.
