As the Founding PM for Agents, you'll own where agents and skills get built, shipped, and run at scale, the growth engine of our customers. That means the fastest path from an idea to a working agent or skill, for engineers and non-technical builders alike, plus everything that happens once it's built: agents running on schedules and triggers, calling each other, governed by Runlayer underneath, and getting better over time.
You'll work directly with the CPO, owning the roadmap from discovery through shipped product.
Impact: Build the tools that turn one builder into a team, and a team into an org running on agents.
Excellence: Work closely with founders who helped establish MCP and ship fast.
Ownership: Own the builder and the runtime end to end, from discovery through shipped product.
Own the builder: natural language to working agent, self improvement, versioning, and sharing.
Own the runtime: event-based triggers, scheduling, model routing, and agent delegation.
Drive growth: Slack Agents, time-to-first-working-agent, and the self-serve path that turns one builder into a team into an org.
Define how product telemetry makes agents better over time.
Serve both audiences: the engineer who wants SDK depth and the non-technical builder who wants natural language. Run discovery directly with both.
Make decisions, prioritize, and ship with engineers weekly.
8+ years in product management, including 3+ on developer tools, platform, or builder/automation products.
Founder or early-PM experience; you've built product processes from zero.
Shipped 0→1 builder or automation surfaces, with a grasp of PLG and bottoms-up growth: activation, time-to-value, and sharing loops.
Technical depth: you read code and understand API/SDK design, agent frameworks, and how agents call tools.
Customer obsession: you run your own discovery calls and can name five customers from your last role by first name.
Strong writing; you make your case in clear PRDs, not slide decks.
AI-native: you build with agents daily and have real opinions on how they should be created, orchestrated, and improved.
Hands-on building of MCP, skills, and how agents call tools and each other in production.
Experience with workflow or agent orchestration, triggers, or scheduling systems.
