In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of Product Owners/Managers and drive the GTM pillar capability development.

As the Enterprise Product Manager for ET at Asana, you’ll combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution, leveraging strong analytical skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive the product vision and strategy for our GTM stack. This position requires a deep understanding of both product and market dynamics, emphasizing customer needs and business outcomes. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve

  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a balanced product roadmap that addresses short-term demands and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability, delivering solutions that support scalable growth.
  • Automation and Optimization: Enhance prospect outreach through automation, concentrating on lead generation, prospecting CRM account and contact management, territory management, and sales quota planning.

About You:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience (~10 years) in the GTM domain, specifically with Salesforce CRM and Sales & Service Cloud, developing multi-year visions and product roadmaps in consulting or high-growth tech environments.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and mentor a team of product owners/managers in a hyper-growth environment. Skilled in influencing and persuading stakeholders at all organizational levels with expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving them towards common goals.
  • Business Acumen & Problem Solving: Strong understanding of business drivers, enabling you to align needs with processes, design functional solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to create and present functional designs, conduct data analysis to gather feedback, and refine solutions. Skilled in interacting with diverse technical teams and business leaders, including partners from RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in technology vendor evaluation, management, and guiding build vs. buy decisions.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Talent for developing compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Launch Planning: Proven track record of planning and executing product launches, including field enablement strategies and campaigns.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
