The Role:
The Enablement Content Designer will focus on behavioral outcomes and measurable results related to sales readiness and accelerating time to revenue. You will develop highly interactive programs specifically focused on enhancing and applying product knowledge, sales methodology and qualification frameworks that are needed to drive business results. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing sales learning and enablement curricula that drive a robust knowledge transfer to our sales and customer-facing teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Learning & Development, you will assess all sales and customer success team learning and current curriculum to evaluate if content meets current and future needs. You’ll lead the charge in designing, developing internal customized, interactive training that uses a blended learning modality. The goal is to ensure our sales and customer success teams are equipped with content, tools, and enablement needed to differentiate and sell Newsela solutions.

Why We'll Love You:
You have 5+ years of curriculum design, development, and delivery experience, including work in some or all of the following: Educational Publishing, Adult Learning Theory, Professional Development, EdTech, K-12 Education, and/or Proficient in Adult Learning Program Design. You’re experienced in building results-driven curricula in blended modalities (including coaching when appropriate) with scalability to meet the needs of various customer teams. You leverage your ability to identify skill gaps and formulate learning objectives based on interviews with project stakeholders. You’re adept in working cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer, operations, and various other teams to deliver best-in-class learning content.. You are continuously seeking to strengthen your knowledge of the K-12 education market, and are always learning more about the breadth and depth of the sector by keeping a pulse on industry and regional trends.
