We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and creative Director of Product Marketing to join our team and drive the growth and success of our product offerings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining our product marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans, ensuring our products resonate with users and achieve significant market traction.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Robinhood's existing and upcoming products, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Lead the positioning, messaging, and value proposition for our products, targeting key customer segments and differentiating Robinhood in a set of competitive markets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Design, and Engineering, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product launches and feature updates.
  • Oversee market research and customer insights, using data to inform product positioning, go-to-market plans, and promotional strategies.
  • Develop and manage the product marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive maximum impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media to amplify product awareness and credibility.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, industry trends, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies and plans as needed to ensure continued growth.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing innovative products, with demonstrated expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and experience in market research and customer insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for democratizing finance and a deep understanding of Robinhood's mission, products, and target customers.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
