About the Team

You'll craft the frameworks and rituals to ensure successful go-to-market plans, research, and seamless end-to-end customer experiences across all marketing and product touchpoints.

We need a seasoned consumer-centric Product Marketing leader, who will build strategy and frameworks to better understand our members and help deliver experiences that meet their needs. We're looking for someone, who gets excited to solve consumer financial problems - that's what we're in the business of here at Credit Karma.

What you'll do:

  • Build, inspire, manage and lead a best-in-class, diverse team of product marketers to drive GTM strategy, positioning, messaging and end-to-end customer experience.
  • Own the product marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, user personas, product launches, competitive intelligence, market research, segmentation and product discovery.
  • Inspire action through data-driven insights (market research, testing plans, etc) and drive your teams to execute with operational rigor and efficiency.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Product Management, Research, Brand and Creative teams to ensure the successful launch and marketing support of new products and ongoing marketing of them.
  • Provide world-class deliverables to differentiate the offerings in the market, including product positioning and messaging across the portfolio, website/app content; product naming; and competitive positioning.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing at a consumer technology company or commensurate experience, such as Growth Marketing or Brand Strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience of managing and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Experience applying consumer insights to improve the product and marketing experience.
  • Experience collaborating and working with Product, Data Analytics and Creative teams.
