Role
As the Director of Product Management at Ethyca you will work directly with the CEO to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our core products, shaping how organizations unlock the power of data through trust. You will partner with world-class engineers, designers, and clients to build scalable solutions that directly impact industries such across technology, publishing, healthcare, finance and government.
This role places you at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and mission-critical outcomes. You will own the product roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and ensure our solutions not only meet user needs but redefine what’s possible. Your strategic leadership will be critical in balancing technical depth with user-centric design, driving adoption, and delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core Ethyca platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and client-facing groups, to deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate complex user needs and market opportunities into scalable, innovative product features.
- Ensure seamless alignment of product strategy with business goals and client outcomes.
- Own prioritization and trade-off decisions to balance technical feasibility, user experience, and time-to-market.
- Analyze client and user feedback, market trends, and data to inform continuous product improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across clients, leadership, and partners.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within product teams.
- Represent Ethyca's product vision in high-stakes internal and external engagements.
- Drive adoption and growth by ensuring delivery of measurable, mission-critical impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling and managing complex, enterprise-grade products.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and modern technology stacks.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to define and execute on product vision.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption and delivering measurable impact at scale.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Passion for solving complex problems and driving mission-driven innovation.
- Prior experience with deeply technical data products or security and governance product use cases.

Preference will be given to candidates who are able to come into the office, located in midtown Manhattan, at least 2 days a week.
