This role can be remote in the US or Canada

We are looking for an exceptional product marketing leader to define the vision for PMM at MaintainX and drive cross-functional initiatives in partnership with our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) and GTM teams. 

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You will be a key decisionmaker on product and GTM strategy. You will be responsible for hiring, inspiring, and leading a team that contributes directly to company growth through new product launches, pipeline-generating campaigns, sales training, and more. You will work closely with partners in Marketing, Product, and Sales to create scalable, repeatable formulas for GTM success. This role will report to the Head of Marketing.

What you'll do:

  • Define and implement GTM strategy. Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including buyer personas, key use cases, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Identify market segments and personas for MaintainX to target based on market potential, product-market fit, etc. 
  • Bring new products to market. Own strategic planning and execution of new product, feature(s) and functionality launches. 
  • Influence product strategy, pricing, and packaging. Champion our customers’ needs to inform product strategy and roadmap. You will lead pricing and packaging initiatives to drive effective monetization and ensure features are aligned with customer value.
  • Drive pipeline, adoption, and growth with innovative campaigns. Work closely with the broader marketing team - Demand Gen, Lifecycle, and Customer Marketing - to create, define, and launch marketing campaigns that span the buyer journey. 
  • Own messaging, positioning, and our strategic narrative. Work directly with our executive team to define our strategic narrative and core messaging. Translate our product’s capabilities into simple, compelling messages that resonate and stories that stick. 
  • Craft engaging, high-quality collateral. Work with marketing counterparts to align content strategy to product launches and our buyer’s journey. Create compelling product collateral including web copy, emails, case studies, blog posts, FAQs, thought leadership pieces, etc.
  • Enable our revenue teams. Enable customer-facing teams with the right collateral and training to grow deal sizes, accelerate sales cycles, improve win rates, and accelerate customer expansion.

Ideally you bring:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience successfully launching high-growth products.
  • Proven experience hiring, inspiring and scaling a PMM team.A self-starter mindset. You are scrappy, resourceful, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • An ability to effectively balance strategy and execution.
  • Previous start-up experience is a huge plus.
