As the Director of Product Marketing for the NFT business unit, you will be tasked with the mission to lead and create the best products possible for our users. You will thrive in this role if you can think critically and creatively, and create and own the outcome of a product roadmap. You will be given the opportunity to shape the future of Ledger and the products our users will be using daily.
In this role, you will:
- Define product requirements and collaborate to the elaboration of a cohesive product vision.
- Manage a team of product managers overseeing the development of district product lines.
- Own communication and feedback between our users and our development team.
- Gather product requirements and turn them into actionable outcomes.
- Determine team capacity for resources for execution.
- Develop and iterate on product roadmaps and features roadmaps.
- Manage pipeline of dependencies and deliverables.
- Actively identify roadblocks or obstacles for projects in progress.
- Ensure on time project delivery.
- Own the quality of the product and ensure we are able to deliver best in class products.
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software product development.
- Experience in product management across consumer marketplace businesses, NFT drop mechanics, smart contract development, and SaaS businesses with a significant emphasis on APIs and 3rd party integrations.
- Previous track record of collaborating with a large and diverse group of cross-functional teams and partners to tackle complex problems and drive towards decision.
- Excellent written communication and comprehension ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create processes in a fast-paced and fun environment.
- Data-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge and understanding of NFTs and crypto culture.
