Job Overview:

Coursera’s Product Marketing team connects consumers, educators and enterprises with our world-class learning products, content and solutions. Product Marketers play a leading role in finding product-market fit, bringing products to market and driving adoption with the audiences we serve. As head of Product Marketing for Coursera for Campus, you’ll play an integral role in shaping strategy, creating positioning and driving growth of this key business line serving universities and students around the world. To be successful in this high-impact role, you will need to have strategic vision, product intuition, deep empathy for university audiences, expert communication and proven people leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as key leader of the Coursera for Campus leadership team responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration of universities globally 
  • Develop and own market and product positioning, personas and value propositions
  • Partner with Product leadership to shape new offerings and drive high impact go-to-market and launches of new products and solutions 
  • Deliver audience and market insights through high-leverage voice of customer programs and market research
  • Partner with Sales leaders to enable the sales organization and capture market learnings from sales 
  • Lead and support a team of star enterprise product marketers

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of total experience, 8+ years in enterprise product marketing
  • Deep experience and proven track record of shaping, launching and scaling global enterprise products
  • Background in leveraging data and audience insights to develop strategy 
  • Demonstrated history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive level visibility 
  • Experience building and leading high performing marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global, enterprise SaaS products
  • Experience in higher education market and/or selling into universities
