We’re looking for a strong Product Design leader to join our newly formed Reporting and Analytics team. You’ll be responsible for hiring, building, and managing a group of fantastic Product Designers. You will set the tone for how designers work cross functionally with other disciplines, you will also own planning, strategizing, and execution from a design perspective. This is a role for a true craftsperson who is excited by the opportunity to enable fluid and connected experiences for Outreach users.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Hiring, growing, and developing your team
- Building strong partnerships with peers in product and engineering
- Understanding usage patterns across the Outreach application
- Learning how salespeople use Outreach to engage their customers Leading critiques on best practices, interaction, and visual designs for your team
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners on roadmaps, new initiatives, and team / product vision
- Leveraging data, and research to better understand customer needs.
Basic Requirements
- 10+ years of UX/product design experience on a product development team
- 4+ years managing a design team(s)Previous experience leading design or design teams within a B2B context
- Proficient in multiple aspects of product design, including research, process, vision, information architecture, etc...
- The ability to build meaningful relationships and partnerships with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and Stakeholders.
- Previous experience working on data and analytic platforms is a plus!
- Polished written skills, oral communication, and great story-telling are a must
