Our mission is to help the next billion people experience the future of finance. We’re looking for a Design Producer to help drive the future of our products, set strategies, and develop a culture of design-driven user experience. We have offices in San Francisco, Miami, Malta, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan, and while this role is listed in San Francisco, we are remote-first and believe in you working wherever you work best.
As a Design Producer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of design projects, identifying and mitigating risks to the project, handling dependencies, and tracking all issues impacting deliverables and schedules. This person will partner with the Design Manager to drive many concurrent design projects from ideation to delivery. They will guide each project through the design process and ensure forward momentum by tracking and reporting project status, seeking closure to open questions, identifying next steps and risks, and facilitating design reviews. They will serve as the liaison between Design and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Achieve
-
Build and manage production plans ensuring all team members understand project scope, roles, responsibilities, resources, deliverables, objectives, and milestones through to launch.
-
Partner with the Design Manager to identify appropriate resources needed, track individual assignments and responsibilities, and develop the milestones and running calendars to ensure timely and successful delivery of every project.
-
Drive workflows and manage all stages of the design process that is collaborative, creatively inspired, data-driven, and business-driven - clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately.
- Advocate for quality by facilitating effective critiques and reviews, and ensuring prioritized feedback is represented in the work.
- Own systems for project documentation, status tracking, and communication to ensure stakeholders and team members are involved at the right times, understand project health and decisions, and follow through on their commitments.
- Establish and maintain a system for archiving final deliverables.
