Contract: Product Marketing Manager

This is an engagement through Upwork’s Hybrid Workforce Solutions (HWS) Team. Our Hybrid Workforce Solutions Team is a global group of professionals that support Upwork’s business. Our HWS team members are located all over the world.

Work/Project Scope:

• Leverage customer insight data to refine strategy and activations
• Partner with our sales and sales enablement teams to unpack insights and learnings to drive more effective processes, sales tools and pitches 
• Partner with SalesOps to develop win/loss program, analysis of data, and cadence for share outs 
• Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
• Measure the success of various marketing campaigns and iterate to improve
• Provide design and copy direction for marketing collateral
• Help promote uniformity and consistency of the brand

Must Haves (Required Skills):

• Experience developing customer personas, conducting competitor analysis and market research
• Experience working with and analyzing research and sales data, both qualitative and quantitative information  
• Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesforce and Gong
• Proven success at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle large and complex projects where you get everything from the big picture to the details right
• Upbeat, can-do attitude to take on whatever challenge is thrown your way
