About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a creative marketing copywriter with exceptional writing skills to create short- and long-form content for both B2C and B2B audiences. The right candidate is a prolific writer and storyteller with a passion for their craft that inspires others. This content rockstar can write impactful headlines and persuasive short-form copy, and translate complex research and concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling, high-quality content aligned to Lyra’s brand strategy and goals that resonates with both customers (B2B) and Lyra members (B2C)
- Research industry-related topics and develop copy across integrated campaigns via email, websites, print collateral, video, and more
- Craft concise, high-impact headlines, teasers, and other short-form content
- Coordinate with design and other cross-functional teams and navigate feedback, editing, and approval cycles to meet established deadlines
- Translate complex topics and stories into easy-to-understand copy for internal and external audiences
- Understand campaign reporting and metrics, using insights from these reports to drive content decisions
- Interview internal and external subject matter experts and thought leaders
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across multiple formats
Requirements:
- Degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience writing clear and compelling content in a variety of formats, with a portfolio of published work
- Experience editing/proofing content and negotiating feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Experience optimizing copy for different contexts and channels including print, web, social, and emails
- Demonstrated ability to research complex subjects and translate findings into engaging, understandable copy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects autonomously, meet strict writing deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate, detail-oriented, and focused on creating best-in-class experiences
- Strong command of AP style
- Ability to apply a thoughtful DEIB lens to all work, for both U.S. and global audiences
- Exceptional organizational skills, with experience using tools such as Asana and Jira
- Prefer experience in mental health, health care, or health tech
- Prefer experience in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C
