To further capitalize on this success, we’re looking for a very experienced Content Writer to create, write, and lead high-impact customer advocacy content efforts spanning customer stories, blog articles, use cases, testimonials and more. 

You will work with thought leaders across the Postman organization’s vast customer base to conceive, write, and manage robust content deliverables from initial ideation through delivery. You will bring technology to life by telling compelling customer stories, capturing the tangible outcomes. Your content will further solidify our company brand, engage new and existing customers, and further establish Postman’s position within the API landscape.

What You'll Do

• Represent Postman with a confident, dynamic and human voice across a variety of customer advocacy outputs such as case studies, blogs, social media posts, emails, sales enablement collateral and more.
• Report to Customer Advocacy Program Manager to manage all written content from customers end-to-end, from interview to final publishing
• Generate outputs that meet tight deadlines in fast-moving environment
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop customer driven content 
• Help create and revise pages on Postman’s website and/or microsites

About You

• 5+ years of relevant, tech-oriented writing and content leadership experience
• 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS
• An incredible portfolio
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a community approach to storytelling
• A natural curiosity and affinity for technology
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or relevant experience
• Prior start-up experience is a plus
• Prior experience in a product-led growth (PLG) model is a plus
