YOUR MISSION

As part of the Customer Lifecycle & Incentives team, the Lifecycle Technical Project Manager  will be responsible for driving all product initiatives related to in-app marketing campaigns for our users and our incentive strategy and will act as the main point of contact for different Product departments regarding this scope.

THE JOURNEY

  • Be the Customer Lifecycle & Incentives point of contact for Product departments
  • Understand business needs, gather and define business requirements and build product requests
  • Review and align Product Initiation Documents
  • Follow-up product developments to ensure they meet business requirements
  • Coordinate the deployment of new product functionalities with departments across Glovo
  • Work closely with our data teams to define experimentation needs, review results & define iterations
  • Define KPIs and conduct an in-depth analysis of the impact of business decisions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent  (Master's Degree would be advantageous)
  • 4+ years experience in: (1) managing complex projects across distributed cross functional teams  (2) analytical roles where you turn insights into actions, (3) defining business requirements for technology projects
  • Analytical mindset 
  • Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude. You have the ability to work independently and have outstanding stakeholder management skills. 
  • Comfortable learning fast and adapting yourself to different business situations
  • Great communicator and people skills
  • Hands-on attitude. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
    Nice to have: 
    • Experience in startups or technological platforms
    • Understanding of growth / loyalty / retention on food delivery companies
    • Familiarity with AB Testing frameworks
