As part of our ongoing expansion, Binance is looking for a design-centric individual to help drive improvement for our global Business Development organisation.

Responsibilities

Design new ways in which Binance can positively impact the crypto ecosystem and beyond.
Create new workflows or improve on existing processes to drive innovative product and project development with clear commercial outcomes.
Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities across different channels specifically in the Asia region.
Provide thoughtful, data-driven insights to support partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
Increase operational efficiency throughout the business development organisation.
Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of proven success in design-centric projects and environments.
Background in at least one or a combination of product or human-centric design and consulting.
Effective communicator.
Prior experience in cross-border collaborative business development projects.
Data-driven and metrics-focused approach to decision making.
Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision.
Passion for crypto and digital assets.
