Contexte

At Skello, our brand is the heart of our story. It's all about creating a strong image and clear messages that people remember. As a Brand Designer Intern, you will assist in shaping our brand's image and ensuring that all our visual touchpoints reflect our core values.

Missions

  • Develop and execute creative concepts and impactful visuals for all our touchpoints across international markets.
  • Actively contribute innovative ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions to drive creative excellence.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all designs align with our visual identity and standards across all platforms.
  • Assist in the creation of mood boards, style guides, and other creative assets, supporting the development of cohesive and inspiring brand materials.
  • Work closely with the global Design & Brand team as well as all internal teams (Growth & Acquisition, Product Design, Product Marketing, People, etc.).
  • Acts as a brand ambassador to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A keen interest in B2B/B2C technology products and branding.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Recruitment Process

  • A 15 min video call interview with Aymeric - Head of Design & Brand, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together

  • A 1 h live case study with Aymeric - Head of Design & Brand and Ariane - VP Product & Project, to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Skello could be like
