Callout: TL;DR: This is an opportunity for a digital Brand designer who refuses to be pigeonholed - you think deeply about how a brand is experienced online and IRL. You might be a good fit if you enjoy building stunning digital experiences, influencing design across the organization, and are curious about how Hex helps data teams do their best work.
Brand designers bring the Hex brand to life. We are advocates and champions of the Hex brand across every experience, pixel, and piece of swag.

- Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional team mates: marketers, developers, and other stakeholders. At the end of the day, we are a small nimble team and we value effective communication and compassion for each other.
- Blank canvas: You are an early member of the design team. You will influence and impact design team culture and design at the organization. As a member of the design team we support and mentor each other.
