Marketing is a key part of driving the business at Botify, from building up the brand to the acquisition and retention of our incredible clients. We work tirelessly to create community and build great relationships with key stakeholders to our business including industry experts, partners, and advisory boards with the goal of ensuring that Organic Search has a seat at the table and is top of mind for today’s marketing leaders. 

We are looking for a talented Brand Designer to join our Global Marketing team to help us strengthen Botify’s brand awareness and support of our go-to-market initiatives to modernize the world of Organic Search and SEO. This position reports directly to our Art Director and will partner with key stakeholders, not limited to but including the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and People teams to elevate the Botify brand. 

Responsabilities

  • Work with the Art Director to assist with developing the brand voice, guiding principles, strategy, and foundation elements that will empower both the Product and Marketing functions.

  • Execute brand assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, develop visual systems, and support our brand across channels and platforms.

  • Support the creative direction for how we translate Botify’s brand into marketing materials such as:

  • Design printed and digital materials such as ebooks, case studies, product one-pagers, infographics, illustrations/graphics for blog posts and emails, email templates, display ads, landing pages, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate closely across the marketing, sales, and leadership teams on various design projects, such as presentations, signage, booth designs and experiential events. 
  • Liaise with external vendors to approve proofs as needed
  • Help set and maintain brand standards across the organization
  • Maintain brand collateral, including business cards, company letterhead, and email signatures
  • Support design for new website pages, including desktop and mobile experiences 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience visual/graphic design roles at an agency or in-house design team (you’re a mile ahead if you have B2B SaaS experience, but not necessary).
  • Strong graphic design expertise in typography, layout, color, and brand systems – no detail is too small for you to get just right.
  • Advanced experience using Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop, as well as video creation and editing tools and other creative software tools.
  • You’ve got a strong design vision, but are collaborative and can take creative feedback and execute accordingly in a professional manner. 
  • You can communicate clearly and in a streamlined way across all departments and levels
  • You are bold, full of curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • You have proven experience designing presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
  • Experience producing work across various digital and print marketing and communications mediums.
  • Experience with animation is a plus. 
  • Organized self-starter, with the ability to problem-solve creatively and stick to deadlines. 
  • Must be able to provide a website of portfolio work along with your application.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
