The Team

You’ll be joining the design team to help steward and grow the Bigeye brand. The Brand Design team is a small but mighty team that sits in the Product and Engineering org, but collaborates closely with Marketing and Sales and maintains close links with Product Designers. We're focused on building a diverse, and resilient design organization, full of talented people who love feedback and collaboration.

The Work

We’re looking for a Brand Designer who can bring visual storytelling to a technical audience. This role is both creative and collaborative, in which you will work closely with Bigeye teammates from across the organization and with our creative vendors. You’ll take complex, technical concepts and translate them into easy to understand, on-brand digital experiences and visual assets.

What you’ll be doing

  • Concept and execute best-in-class visual design with a focus on web and graphic design to communicate product and company messaging

  • Partner with marketing, sales, design, and creative vendors to elevate the Bigeye brand identity across all expressions and experiences: digital, illustration, print, graphics, and photography

  • Contribute to and help advance the Bigeye’s design system across all our existing brand surfaces and the ones we haven't thought of yet

  • Collaborate with design to bring elements of the Bigeye visual brand language into product experiences 

  • Support the marketing team on campaign initiatives through asset development across outputs such as: advertising creative, ebooks, social, email and editorial content

  • Maintain and evolve our presentation guidelines and outputs to support internal, external, and sales presentation opportunities

  • Support the People Ops team on internal and external company-culture initiatives 

  • Participate in critique sessions with the wider design team

  • Work transparently with a remote team

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of design experience with at an agency, studio, or in-house 

  • An excellent portfolio that shows creative and strategic thinking, and idea generation across a range of creative deliverables 

  • Superb attention to detail in typography, composition, color theory, and brand guidelines 

  • Experience working within existing brand guidelines. You also know when and how to flex them, and when to push the boundaries while remaining true to the brand

  • Reliable self-starter who can prioritize multiple projects with minimal oversight

  • Growth mindset for continually and incrementally improving in craft, collaboration, and business impact

  • Team player who is ready to collaborate, can iterate quickly, and values other’s unique perspective and experience 

  • Authenticity and humility when giving and receiving feedback

  • Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling communication skills

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Prior experience at product-led B2B companies with active users

  • Motion design chops
