We are looking for a Brand Design Manager with a passion for shaping design teams and deliver an extraordinary experience to help doctors and patients. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for a group of Brand Designers on a mission to maximise the team’s efficiency, productivity, and performance while keeping them accountable for meeting goals and deadlines. You will also take care of helping your team grow by providing candid feedback on their performance and contribute to building a strong design culture that works effectively and efficiently with Engineers and Marketing Stakeholders. On top of that, you are going to be part of a Brand Design Team with 3 Brand Designers and Content Designers, ready to provide feedback, challenge ideas, and collaborate in building an excellent design environment.

The challenge is as enormous as the scale and style of DocPlanner’s undertaking - we are the world’s leading marketplace for doctors and patients, enabling booking and management of doctor’s offices. We are a leader in 11 countries, creating a tool for over 100k active doctors. What is more, 61.9 million unique patients use our website each month. Last month, 4.8 million medical visits were booked on our website. We have seven offices around the world, and our team consists of almost 2.000 people.

Currently, we are working, recruiting, and onboarding 100% remotely. We are open to hiring and accepting 100% remote work from within Europe.

What will you be doing?

• Manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Brand Designers.
• Provide hands-on design direction and lead your team in creative exercises designed to produce outstanding work.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the design team process and cross-team collaboration.
• Get design alignment across marketing areas. Partner with Product Design to ensure a cohesive brand and product experience.
• Prioritise work in coordination with design leads, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
• Work with design leads to define our long and short-term experience strategy.
• Actively participate in attracting and hiring the best talent.

Requirements

We want you to have:

• 5 years of experience in Brand Design.
• 4 years of experience managing or leading design teams.
• Ability to develop, lead, and inspire a team of Designers.
• Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English.
