THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Brand Creative Designer to our Marketing team in Brazil!

We are hiring a Junior Designer (with Activation and Event design experience) to our Brand and Creative team.
You will create compelling design assets including creative campaigns, digital and print materials, presentations and sales collateral, activation and event assets. You may also assist other areas with emails, paid ads, and landing pages.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Create impactful, next-level experiences for Activations, Events and Campaigns of all sizes;
  • Craft creative and compelling visuals for a global audience using multiple channels including (but not limited to) social media, blog posts/design, banners, websites, emails, video, paid ads, posters, etc;
  • Deliver creative that is on-brief, on-time, on-brand, and effectively communicates the messages as outlined by marketing, internal stakeholders, and business objectives;
  • Direct photo or video shoots with external agencies or freelancers;
  • Help us build a remarkable brand, aiming for creative and design excellence;
  • Brand Creative Designers are exceptional team players, focused on execution, they work under the direction of the creative lead and alongside copywriters, planners, and suppliers;
  • They are master executors when it comes to design and are familiar working across several mediums including art direction, moving image, graphic and environmental design;
  • Production of visual material, digital, print, as well as gif/video formats;
  • A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals by taking direction well with a flexible, friendly and positive demeanor;
  • A results-oriented problem-solving mindset to translate company business goals into the design;
  • Propose new ideas and solutions to constantly raise the level of design quality;
  • Lead the thought process with agency partners and suppliers in all aspects of the program; initial briefing, big idea, creative landing, production, broadcast, pushing back in what you feel it won't work and always pushing towards excellence.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in Brand Creative/Advertising/Promotion;
  • Fluent in tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
  • Creative Excellence;
  • Knowledge in Figma is desirable;
  • Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with the team for new ideas and strategies;
  • Research industry trends to bring ideas that are relevant, innovative, and original for Gympass;
  • Thoroughly understand and clearly convey the established brand guide through all marketing materials, ensuring accurate interpretation of the style guide;
  • Be a content and culture junkie Music, Sports, Fashion, Art, Technology, Movies, TV, Celeb news;
  • High organizational skills with the ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment;
  • Strong design based experience across all facets of storytelling: film, graphic, retail, digital. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • In-depth knowledge of different areas of design such as Video, Motion Illustration and is a plus!
