We're passionate about design and branding at Polar Analytics, treating them as integral components of our product's success. Our team is responsible for ensuring our branding resonates with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) - digital-native brands with a love for aesthetically pleasing products. 1. Visual Innovator: As our #1 Brand & Marketing Designer, you'll have a significant opportunity to define and improve the visual identity of Polar across our marketing efforts and product suite.
2. Content Catalyst: Your designs will not only enhance our marketing initiatives but will also supercharge them, making our messaging more effective and our brand more memorable.
3. Brand Builder: In this role, you will be at the helm of shaping and defining Polar's brand identity, ensuring our look and feel are consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.
4. User-Centric Focus: As part of the design team, you'll contribute to developing user-centric landing pages that facilitate a fast and clear understanding of our unique value proposition.
1. Branding: Define and refine the visual identity of Polar across marketing efforts and product suite.
2. Marketing Assets Creation: Build engaging marketing assets that boost the effectiveness of our Ads, Social Media, and Content initiatives.
3. Landing Page Development: Utilize Webflow to develop responsive, intuitive landing pages, ensuring users quickly understand our value proposition.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Growth Manager, Content Lead, and Senior Product Designers to ensure a consistent, compelling brand experience.
1. You are a design maverick: You have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating your understanding of design principles and aesthetic sensibility.
2. You are proficient with design tools and platforms: You're an expert in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and platforms like Webflow.
3. You're a brand enthusiast: You understand the power of a strong brand and have experience in building and maintaining brand identity across various touchpoints.
4. You're a team player: You have experience working with cross-functional teams, creating designs that align with and enhance overall marketing, product, and sales strategies.
We follow a structured hiring process to ensure fairness and transparency. Our process may vary depending on the role, butthis is what you can expect after you apply:
1. Recruiter Screen (30 mins): Acall with our Head of Talent to talk through your current/past experience, your motivations and Tell you more about Polar Analytics.
2. Technical Fit (45 mins): Here, you'll meet either the Hiring Manager or a team member of a similar level to discuss your ways of working and understand your skillset and ability for the role.
3. Technical Deep Dive (1 hour): This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving etc) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Polar.This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.
4. Culture Interview (45 mins): A conversation with one of our Culture Champions.We assess your team fit based on our values (see below).
