Bilingual (Spanish) Technical Writer Intern

About the Role

The Technical Writer Intern will be mentored by and report to a Keeper Technical Analyst and will be responsible for supporting the Product team on daily tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Write, update, and edit end user-focused technical documentation related to the Keeper Security suite of products in Spanish
• Develop, produce and edit end-user training videos related to the Keeper Security suite of products in Spanish
• Contribute to and optimize our Translation Management System using Spanish language skills

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English (ability to read, write, and speak in both English and Spanish)
• Must have a strong desire to learn and professional drive to succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and be personable and dependable
• Familiarity with drafting internal and/or external communications content including employee memos, press releases and media advisories
• Experience creating engaging social media content
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to assist in administrative duties including updating media page on website
• Interest in learning social media and traditional media analytics and performance metrics
• Current enrollment in a related BS or master’s degree is preferred
• Basic working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office Products
• Strong organizational and/or project management skills and excellent writing and editing skills in French
