We’re looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join the Creator Marketing team in New York — a cross-functional group dedicated to helping artists and their teams thrive. You’ll help craft the products we build for artists, labels, managers, and music marketers. And you’ll bring these products to market to improve their impact. Ultimately, you’ll be a key part of a team reimagining the way artists and their teams leverage the Spotify platform, share their art, and build their careers.
Central to the Spotify for Artists vision is the development of content promotion tools for artists and labels powered by Spotify’s deep knowledge of listener preferences and behaviors. We’re building a suite of products to help music marketers reach listeners and fans with creative, engaging, performant promotional formats, like Marquee. As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, this role will shape the vision and narrative around these products
What You'll Do:
- Act as a liaison to our Sales and partner-facing teams to bring products to market thoughtfully.
- Assist the Product Marketing Leads in executing marketing programs & campaigns to drive product engagement in partnership with the wider Creator Marketing team.
- Keep the Creator Marketing team on target with timelines and budgets, and ensure all internal comms go out in a timely manner
- Help optimize the marketing funnel for each stage of the product launch
Who You Are:
- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally at a tech company and within a product marketing function.
- You’re a cross functional specialist with experience working with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- You’ve launched and driven adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs.
- You understand the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage.
- You are excited to tell stories that are backed by thoughtful data analysis as well as qualitative insights.
- You have strong personal organization and project management abilities.
- You love music and podcasts.
- Preferred: Experience in the music industry
Where You'll Be:
- We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode that is best for them — whether that’s at home or in an office. Find more information about our Work From Anywhere options here.
- Where in the world? For this role, it can be within the Americas region in which we have a work location.
- Working hours? We operate within the East Coast Time zone for collaboration.
