Recharge Payments is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to support our growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness and revenue growth for our suite of retention products. The Product Marketing Associate will work closely with the Product, Revenue and Marketing teams to support our product and feature launches.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive awareness and revenue growth for features and products using merchant-facing channels
Attend customer meetings (live & recorded) to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Support the Product Marketing team to develop messaging and positioning for new features and product launches.
Create compelling marketing materials including sales collateral, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
Support the Revenue team with product-specific training and enablement materials.
What you’ll bring
2+ years of B2B product marketing or GTM experience
Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with subscription and recurring billing models is a plus.
