Squarespace is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Growth Acquisition team within the Acuity Scheduling department. Acuity Scheduling, a distinct brand within Squarespace's suite of products, helps appointment-based businesses start and grow their service by allowing their clients to directly schedule appointments, removing administrative burden, and providing more time to focus on what they love doing.

The Growth Acquisition team enhances Acuity Scheduling's web presence and explores innovative acquisition strategies across web, mobile, email, and SMS channels.

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll help shape strategies and execute initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product analytics, design, engineering, and user research to deliver user experiences that accelerate our growth.

This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week from our NYC headquarters. You will report to a Product leader on the Acuity Scheduling team.

NOTE: We will accept applications until December 20, 2024 and begin reaching out to applicants with next steps throughout January 2025.

You'll Get To...

  • User Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with the Growth Acquisition team to design, implement, and optimize product features and experiments that increase user acquisition and activation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior data, funnel metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities and refine product decisions.
  • A/B Testing: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests in partnership with product analytics to optimize user journeys, onboarding experiences, and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and design teams to align product initiatives with growth objectives and ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Insights: Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from users in partnership with user research to identify pain points and opportunities for growth.
  • Roadmap Execution: Contribute to the product roadmap while balancing a focus on short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in product management, marketing, data analyst, or related role. Experience working on user growth initiatives for consumer tech products is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and basic technical concepts (e.g., APIs, frontend/backend functionality).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify challenges, think critically, and propose solutions.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
