Associate Product Manager
About the opportunity
Here at Growth & Engage domain, we are looking for an entry level Product Manager - APM, to be part and help our Acquire Sr. PMs to deliver on critical growth initiatives, with main focus on:
- Scout, build, implement and run state of the art tools marketing/analytical tools
- Attract customers and compel them to start the Sign-up flow
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience
This Associate position is an amazing way to break into Product, work side by side and learn from our stellar Product Management team!
If you are a curious, analytical, determined problem solver who will go up, under, around, or through a mountain to understand the real value we can deliver to our clients and support projects towards revenue per user growth, this position is for you!
You will work on a mature cross-functional product, tech & design team, with an incredibly exciting phase of growth ahead. This position will play a crucial role in improving our clients acquisition, and it’s ideal for someone with a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will:
- Help ensure the Acquisition Strategy are well-defined and aligned with key stakeholders across the business.
- Support product discovery process to identify the best opportunities we have to solve customer problems and achieve our business goals.
- Help prioritise key product initiatives to deliver against our KPIs.
- Work with engineers to prioritise features, maintain the backlog, and guide feature development through delivery
- Work with data to analyse feature performance and opportunities to optimise the user experience.
- Be co-responsible for interfacing with the Platform, Business Development, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure that the overall customer experience related to fees, cashbacks, rewards is cohesive and relevant

What you’ll need to be successful
Background
- 1+ years experience in a product management, analytics or technical role. (Fintech / Banking experience is a plus but not necessary)
Skills
- You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in interactions with team and stakeholders. You support communication about team’s work to leadership and company at large
- You combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform crucial product decisions
You own and drive projects from ideation through implementation and launch, focusing on excellent execution
