The Role

As an Associate Product Manager, your primary focus will be assisting the Product Manager in driving development within the respective areas. You’ll have the opportunity to grow in this role as your skillset develops. Along with supporting day-to-day tasks, you’ll learn the art of creating solutions to achieve the best customer experiences. You’ll also develop your communication and leadership skills and advance your knowledge in data, UX design, research, marketing, and agile development.

Responsibilities

Keeping track of the team’s public channel and ticket requests.
Communicate with various teams, including placing Help Center requests and coordination regarding video content, research, and data.
Helping with release preparation, including managing notes and announcements, setting up in-app tooltips, and preparing experiments in Optimizely.
Support the Project Manager with updating and maintaining product documentation.
Assist with manual testing of new features.
Keeping track of product KPIs.
Analyze and prioritize merchants’ feedback and manage the team’s work accordingly.
