About the role:
This role sits squarely at the intersection of product and operations and is an opportunity to lead on core driver product priorities for Lyft. The Driver Success & Product Operations team supports all Driver Product priorities across our Rideshare business. This role will uniquely support the operational roll out of some of our top Driver product initiatives. This role sits within the Driver Success & Product Operations team reporting to the Senior Manager, Driver Success & Product Operations. The team is part of the Rideshare Driver team and operates a series of programs that both supports drivers and enables other teams to understand our customers better.
What the team is looking for:
- Someone who can make things happen. Direct product operations support is key to the successful delivery & adoption of our features to drivers.
- Someone with the ability to form cross-functional connections ensuring that teams across Lyft are ready as we scale new initiatives.
- Someone with an ability to work seamlessly with operations as well as product/engineering and science teams.
- Has to be comfortable working in Pacific Time Zone
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product teams to support any operational processes for rapid experimentation
- Collaborate with UX Research, PMM and Product Managers to gather and organize user feedback
- Setup processes for Product teams to meet with and shadow stakeholders
- Responsible for being able to distill multiple qualitative data points from the driver community into a singular narrative that is aligned with specific products in order to help shape their development
- Drives alignment and visibility by acting as a knowledge hub, perpetually informed and ready to answer questions on in-flight work, launches, and known issues for both teams.
- Works with individual product teams to assess and advise on the operational impact of their products, before developing processes (in partnership with other internal teams as needed) to enable them to be successful
- Partner with PM’s and PMMs to:
Help Product Managers with feature roll-out to ensure key stakeholders understand core functionality of new releases
Setup process for Support team and Product Managers to meet regularly to triage and prioritize highest frequency/impact tickets
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years experience in project management, product development or operations
- Proven ability to influence without authority and willingness to unblock issues
- Familiarity with tech and experience working cross functionally tech teams including operators, engineers, program managers and legal teams
- Ability to create project plans, governance documents and forums that are necessary to stand up and run a sizable program that impacts multiple teams
- A deep understanding of operations and the ability to translate real, on the ground insights into tangible recommendations and actions
- Passionate commitment to the Lyft community and the sharing economy
- Must be able to work independently on a Pacific or Mountain time schedule

For candidates living in Colorado the expected base pay range is $82,280.00 - $96,800.00 and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
