Juniper Square invests in a hybrid workforce and we offer three work modes: full time remote work from your home office, a hybrid of home and office work from one of our office hubs, currently in San Francisco and Austin, or full time work in an office hub. The company headquarters is in the Cloud and we invest in digital-first operations. We have communities of remote employees across the US and Canada, with more substantive local remote working communities in Seattle, Denver, Chicago and New York, but we are open to employees working in several states and provinces. Juniper Square is looking for someone to drive change in how investment management firms understand, purchase, consume, and experience administration solutions. The role will involve evaluating the competitive landscape, shaping our administration offerings, collaborating with sales enablement, and developing marketing campaigns. You will have the opportunity to have a direct strategic impact on our strategy and success in delivering administration solutions to investment managers. This role is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and closely with the marketing leadership team, and will help accelerate growth in one of Juniper Square’s largest expansion opportunities. 

What you’ll do

  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer and market data to optimize our administration offerings
  • Evaluate market dynamics, product success, and suggest changes to strategy 
  • Help our sales teams sell more by building strategic tools and training for them to communicate value and pricing to buyers
  • Partner with other product marketers to launch new products to market
  • Drive competitive insights across administration solutions within private markets
  • Develop narratives to drive product positioning in the market
  • Partner with sales enablement to disseminate best practices
  • Partner with demand gen to drive awareness of our offerings
  • Develop content for sales teams to use to educate prospects on administration and Juniper Square’s unique approach to the market

Qualifications

  • 3-7+ years years of marketing or strategy experience within financial services, financial technology, accounting, fund administration, or professional services
  • Prior experience with private markets, investment management, or fund administration is required
  • Competence in designing customer facing content
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills 
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to create compelling narratives for products and markets
  • Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and Looker a plus, but not required
  • A passion for building businesses from the ground up and transforming markets
