The Ad Technology & Operations team is on a mission to transform OneFootball’s advertising offering, focused on delivering best-in-class ad solutions for our clients. We are on the lookout for a passionate Ad Tech leader who can help us redefine the status quo through strategic planning, effective project management, agile working and constant innovation. This position is a perfect fit if you’re a technically minded individual who enjoys collaborating with a background in Ad Tech product/project management.
Your position and responsibilities on the pitch
Lead and project manage our immediate key initiatives to improve our sales portfolio and have experience with products such as Permutive, Double Verify, Google Ad Manager, etc.
Work closely with teams to ensure successful onboarding, launch and continued progress post launch of new ad technology systems
Act as main point of contact for updates on market trends within Ad Tech and internal initiatives to key stakeholders and wider sales team
Own the sales product road-map, exploring new monetization opportunities, technical requirements, engineering interface, integrations and deployment of our go-to-market strategy
Working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to explore new revenue opportunities, quality product integrations and scalable long-term features for the monetization of the platform
Being the point of contact for requests regarding new and existing products. Including the education of the sales team on the precise capabilities of the product catalogue
Develop and Maintain the Ad Product Catalogue
A single point of contact between Sales and the Product & Engineering teams representing the needs of the sales team in the exploration, prioritization, monetization and impact analysis of new features, to keep the platform at its competitive advantage
Access to back-end tools to reduce the dependency of Sales on Product & Engineering
Lead the short, medium and long-term ad product success of the sales team
Combine technical knowledge with interpersonal skills to build sustainable relationships inside the company. Including the assistance of commercial partners to leverage OneFootball’s platform and reach
Player Profile
Experience working with third party ad tech vendors
Experience working in digital media and with sales organisations
Experience working with ad verification partners (e.g. IAS, MOAT, DV, etc) and Data Management Platforms (e.g. Permutive)
Understand product roadmap, digital pricing and inventory
Technical systems background
A history of strong and proven relationship building
Strong project management experience with track record of successfully launching and continued progress of key initiatives
Strategic thinker, to have an understanding of the future of monetization
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with both internal & external parties
Entrepreneurial mindset and passionate team-player
A hands-on approach to execute time-critical projects from start to finish
