Role 🎨
Mindbloom’s mission is to transform lives to transform the world, and core to this mission is increasing availability and affordability of treatment. You’ll enable us to achieve these goals by becoming an expert in our client journey, uncovering the biggest levers in the acquisition funnel and prioritizing and implementing the highest impact experiments to improve funnel performance. Your initial focus will be to:

• Prioritize and execute growth experiments across the funnel (landing pages, candidate survey, sales, and checkout) to improve start survey to net purchase rates.
• Partnering with Brand team and SEO agency / contractor, develop and execute an SEO strategy to grow search-attributed bookings.
• Work with Performance and Lifecycle teams to build channel funnels, identify biggest levers for impact, and create a high conviction experiment roadmap.

• Consumer Behavior Expert: Applies passion and deep curiosity for consumer psychology, behavior, influence, user experience, and copywriting to craft experiments that drive conversion. 
• Experiment Master: Brings a deep experimental toolkit, including CRO and testing tools, funnel and web analytics, and heat mapping. Leverages expertise to identify opportunities and execute experiments using high impact processes and tools.
• Proactive & Resourceful: Thrives in independent and ambiguous environments and proactively seeks out tools/resources to solve problems (e.g., reads books/blogs, takes courses, uses their network)
