UX Researcher - Remote (UK), Hybrid or Office Based

Requirements

We need an exceptional User Researcher to contribute to the future direction of our Multiverse product, to ensure we are continually challenging who gets access to the best careers. Specifically, you'll be working on the Candidate Experience core product vertical; Building an outstanding platform experience for prospective apprentices to engage in opportunities that are genuine alternatives to university and corporate training. You’ll be working with peers in Engineering, Product, and Design to build new products and features for our apprentices and the client companies who host them.

No two days at Multiverse are the same, so we need someone who is comfortable with the unknown unknowns. If you are inquisitive about the ‘why’ we do things, you live to prove and disprove hypotheses and you’re keen to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment, we’d love for you to join us during this exciting growth phase.

Specifically, you will:

• Design, plan and conduct end-to-end research: from recruitment to moderation, analysis and reporting
• Model insights gained from user research into formats to enhance organisational understanding of our users – such as personas and user journey maps
• Work closely with our product team and software developers to turn user data into actionable requirements that feed into Product strategy
• Promote user-centred design principles and best practice across the organisation
• Work closely with our senior user researcher to establish the research ops practice at Multiverse
• Create research artefacts and communicate these to the rest of Multiverse
• Be an advocate for our users within Multiverse

About You:

• 2+ years of experience managing, executing and analysing qualitative research sessions
• Excellent presentation skills for delivering insights in various formats
• Understanding of user interface/user interaction design principles
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working in a cross-functional team
• Experience of analysing both quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
• Experience of working in an agile development environment
• You align closely with our values and can share examples of how you have demonstrated them
