Senior/Principal Product Manager, AI

Our Text Transformers team is looking for a PM to help us improve and expand our AI legal writing capabilities. The team’s work focuses on using LLMs, and other ML technologies, to provide both API services and UI/UX features to external and internal users. Your work will directly impact our customers by making our existing AI writing more accurate, more personalized, and more compelling; expanding the areas where we offer AI writing, and enabling us to win new customers and expand within current ones. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and machine learning expertsto build novel AI-powered product experiences, ensuring our users receive nothing but the best. 

What you'll do:

• Understand internal and external user needs through qualitative and quantitative approaches; use your deep user understanding to build features that are broadly and deeply adopted by users.

• Collaborate with a highly skilled team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, fullstack engineers, and designers to ship high quality features, quickly.

• Identify the most impactful business solutions, determine how various ML models integrate cohesively, and strategize their scalable deployment for processing millions of pages daily.

What we look for:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management within an AI-driven company.

• Deep understanding of LLMs, machine learning principles, data science. Experience with cutting-edge technologies and strategies being used to build applications with LLMs.

• Data pipelines and infrastructure systems experience, with an understanding of data ingestion, ETL processes, cloud services, and system architecture.

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, including a passion for SQL and data-driven storytelling. 

• Strong communication with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.

• Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
