As we continue to expand our product portfolio, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product manager, you will be responsible for ideating new product verticals that gets us closer to our customers, our mission and drives revenue growth. 

This position requires a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of launching successful 0->1 financial SaaS products.

📽 Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market trends. Drive innovation and identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Utilize customer insights and feedback to drive product decision-making and prioritize feature development.
• Product Roadmap: Define and communicate the product roadmap, including prioritization of features and releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Product Development: Lead the product development process, working closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. Drive agile development methodologies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and marketing campaigns. Monitor product adoption and performance metrics.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering teams, sales teams, and key customers, to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive alignment on product goals.
• Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product management team.

• Minimum 4+ Years of Product Management Experience 
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in the fintech industry, with a focus on launching 0->1 SaaS products and scaling it.
• Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, including trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap development, and execution.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building innovative products.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
