Talent Acquisition is a core area of the overarching DEI Strategy for Onfido. When creating and developing a DEI recruitment strategy, understanding our audience is vital. As part of our project, our goal is to collect DEI survey data from our applicants across our main markets to strengthen our understanding of our candidates and use this information to benefit our DEI strategy. We foresee being able to use this survey data to understand the demographics of our candidates and provide us with the opportunity to dive deeper - breaking down by department, roles and interview stages that will ultimately be reflected (in aggregate) in our Diversity & Impact Report. Whilst analysing the results, with an aim to better understand the demographics, we also hope to ensure we are eliminating unconscious bias and reaching a diverse and underrepresented candidate pool. We feel that capturing this data will allow us to work towards the above and work in-line with our current DEI initiatives. Please note, you are under no obligation to share any of the demographic characteristics listed below, these are all optional, if you submit any data you do so voluntarily, and we will be asking you to give consent before you share your data with us. You can complete some, all, or none, please review them then click 'Continue survey'. Your responses will be secured with the same level of confidentiality as all other employment-related data (for example banking or social security numbers) and the data will be anonymously reported as an aggregate to drive a company-wide strategy. At no point during your recruitment process will your demographic information be available. By completing all or any part of this Diversity and Inclusion Survey, you agree to Onfido collecting the information for the purposes we've mentioned above. For further information, please review our Candidate Privacy Notice or contact us at talent@onfido.com.
