JOB TITLE: Senior Product Manager, Experimentation

LOCATION: REMOTE

THE ROLE: 

The Product Manager, Experimentation is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with driving forward our experimentation strategy to optimize product performance and user experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, this position will spearhead our efforts in testing and optimization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product management principles and a demonstrated ability to implement successful A/B testing initiatives in a low or no code environment. With a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making, they will lead an experimentation strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Define and execute the experimentation strategy, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and user insights.
  • Lead experimentation strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, design, marketing, engineering, and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, user engagement, and retention.
  • Analyze experiment results, draw actionable insights, and make recommendations for product enhancements and iterations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, presenting findings and driving consensus on experimentation priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: (MUST HAVE SKILLS FOR THE POSITION)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on experimentation and optimization.
  • Exceptional proficiency in technical skills and adeptness in utilizing optimization tools, CMS platforms, and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in key product metrics through A/B testing and other experimentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

The national pay range for this role is $135,000 - $147,500. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
