The next 10 years will be dominated by community-led companies. But creating a successful community is often difficult and time consuming. Commsor helps companies and teams build better communities. We're creating powerful tools including analytics, automation, a Community Network Manager (CNM), and more. We're a small and fully distributed team, currently spanning California to Poland and we take pride in our ability to function as an effective remote organization.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our team is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager who can help craft and execute against a GTM plan for our ecosystem of products. We’re in need of a generalist who is able to strategize in the moment as well as craft a long-term vision for more than one product that we’re building. As our first PMM hire, you’ll be responsible for the GTM strategy and internal support for the Commsor OS, Meetsy, and other initiatives that are currently in flight.
You’ll get to work with almost every team at the organization, and you’ll be an invaluable contributor to what we’re building at Commsor. As our products evolve, so will the Product team — there’s room for growth and exploration in this role.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
Go to Market
  • Create a GTM strategy using new and existing market research
  • Advise on pricing for our product offerings
  • Collaborate with Marketing and leadership on our brand positioning and messaging on our websites
  • Craft a cohesive and compelling story for the Commsor ecosystem
  • Create educational product content highlighting our methodologies/opinions
Sales & Success enablement
  • Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams on our product roadmap and communicate changes and upcoming features to our customers
  • Collaborate with our Content team on relevant case studies and use cases for current and potential customers
  • Build out decks and demos to support Sales conversations and outreach
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • An experienced PMM with multiple successful GTM campaigns under their belt.
  • Someone who thrives in an outcome-oriented environment by demonstrating quick yet thoughtful execution and the ability to deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner.
  • A connector who builds trusted relationships throughout the organization to drive results.
  • Someone with deep understanding of data and research and how it impacts storytelling and prioritization.
  • Experience working in a distributed, asynchronous environment and great communication, without requiring meetings.
  • Someone who is resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving.

  • We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $120,000/annually.
