Product Manager

Responsibilities

Low-code / no-code motion is transforming how the businesses automate their workflows, and how insights are gained from the data. Previously analytics dashboards used to be done by professional BI engineers after an expensive ETL/ELT process. Now, in order for an organization to keep innovating, the majority of the workload needs to be carried out by citizen developers. Workato is the platform of choice for enterprise customers to transform their data through, and also host certain types of data - and we are adding capabilities for customers to build analytics based on that data in a low-code/no-code way.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead Workato’s Insights product. You will be responsible for our new product that provides customers with abilities to build their own interactive dashboards inside Workato - define a vision and roadmap to take it to the next level, and execute on it. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and customers and requires both strategic, long-term thinking and hands-on product management.

You will also collaborate with the engineering team on releasing the product and ensure that product features are communicated effectively to drive adoption.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap

• Understand the users, market, and competition

• Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders

• Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, development, and delivery

• Bring teams together to define and implement product features

• Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders

• Define key metrics and measure the performance of the product features

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• 5+ years experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver great product experiences

• 3+ years experience with managing Enterprise SaaS products and features

• UX obsession in always trying to make the product easier to use

• Vision development and storytelling. Ability to develop independent point of view and collaborate with other teams/stakeholders on finding the best solution

• Enough technical understanding to collaborate with engineers in the same language

• Experience with analytics products is a plus.

• Data-driven approach combined with product sense
