About the team
The Stripe Dashboard team works with teams across Stripe to define, create, and deliver merchant-facing experiences that cut across product areas. We are strategic partners to all other Stripe product teams in ensuring a high quality end-to-end merchant experience in Stripe Dashboard. We are responsible for creating well-functioning and beautiful product experiences that merchants love.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a product leader who is passionate about building great B2B product experiences and can define the future vision of Stripe Dashboard. In this role, you’ll be working across the company to understand users, product, and business needs to define new capabilities in the Stripe Dashboard that will support ever-growing merchant use cases. This team looks to maintain a high quality experience for all Stripe products and to evolve that vision forward continuously. In this role you will work as part of Stripe’s Platform and Ecosystem team.
We’re looking for that exceptional product leader who sets compelling product strategy and operates effectively in matrix organizations.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $233,800 - $350,700. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
